Sears GET FIT IBM Watson Chat Bot
Sears and Shop Your Way wanted to throw its hat into the content creation ring. Starting with one of their verticals, fitness, my team and I created a fitness chat bot concept powered by Watson that would be targeted to either men or women.
The bot, code-named "SAGE", would ask and lead the user down different paths based on their conversation. The content could be both educational and ultimately, be suggestive to pertinent products.
